put the cornflakes in the food processor and crush it and then you can use it instead of breadcrumbs for shnitzel..breaded chicken etc.

chocolate corn flakes (not that healthy I guess, but yum.)
can you use the concentrate instead of sugar/honey in cakes?
cranberry chicken (havent tried it but it makes sense to me! according to what other people put with their chicken. oh I see someone has suggested it already)
if you dont have any use for them, or the things that are suggested to you are not things you would make anyway and are a waste of other ingredients/time/fattening, could you sell them to a neighbor or friend?

I once saw a simple recipe for strawberry ices/sorbet made by blending a bag of frozen strawberries with a container of frozen apple juice concentrate and then putting it in the freezer. The apple juice sweetens it without sugar. You can add a banana for more creaminess. I'm saying this from memory, but if you want I can see if I still have the recipe to verify the amounts.
