Babies in bassinet strollers - do you feel thatthey're safe?

I would never take my baby out in a stroller without straps. It is so dangerous. What if the stroller tips over the baby could fall out! And if it gets hit by a car ch"v the baby will go flying. It scares me way too much, it's just not worth the risk.
