I love those chocolate molds surrounding a luscious berry sorbet. But for an entree, I can't decide between a light herbed fish and a hearty grilled steak. All 3 I can't hope to make at home as well as they serve (but I'd love to try!)

I love steaks made just right, but what I really want to know how to make is the crispy fried onions. I am a pretty good cook, but these never come out right for me.
