I live in Israel and I often have some vegetable milk substitute around the house that I bought for pareve baking, I read the nutritional info on a package and it had added calcium and vitamins.

my dr told me to limit my dairy when DD was 2 weeks old. I totally went off dairy. when she was a little over 6 months old, I decided its ridiculous, shes already a big girl, she can for sure handle my dairy. I ate dairy, & shes been as constipated as she was when she was 2 weeks old, before I went off dairy. now im feeling so guilty I ate dairy, and I think I will go back off (though its so much harder to go back off now once I had my pizza, than it was in the beginning
