all the news sites insist there are 5 hostages but there are way more names for tehillim. please tell me the news sites are correct and the list is wrong (not that I won't continue to say tehillim for all of the names)?

The 2 hostage sites are the supermarket and an office where 1 hostage is being held (I don't believe Jewish). The tehillim list is likely larger than necessary as people gave names of those they weren't able to get a hold of and may have been in the region...I'm not sure, but I heard reports of 6 people in the supermarket. The area is on lockdown, and it could be more people are stuck there, perhaps with no cell phone access? I'm also unsure how they know numbers of people considering there are children/babies in there Sad

There are 2 hostage sites. One is the 2 brothers who started this by attacking the satire magazine and killing 12, who are now holed up in a printing company and purportedly have 1 hostage, who there's no reason to assume is Jewish.

The other is this man and possibly his girlfriend, who allegedly have 5 hostages in a kosher grocery / deli, where there are reports of 2 dead. The man in the deli with hostages was involved in killing a French policeman yesterday, and called the police to claim credit for that murder.

The two dead at the supermarket were mentioned by the French police on the site I was reading. They also said there were many injured who are getting medical care. Apparently the two hostage takers in the store are holding their hostages so that the two holding the printer in the warehouse don't get attacked by police, or at least that's what they're saying. The female hostage taker is around 24, and is the girlfriend of the male hostage taker. That's all I heard.
