I make either ground beef turkey or chicken meatballs. Use flavored breadcrumbs, quinoa and worstershire sauce and cook them up in some homemade tomato sauce. Can be served with anything.

Israeli salad is one of the few things that everyone in my family likes. It's fresh, it's healthy so we eat it a lot. But it's not spectacular, especially eaten often. I'd love to see more recipes that we ALL will eat! I'm excited to see what's in this cookbook!

Homemade pizza (I love my pizza stone!) -- spinach, pesto and feta cheese for the grownups, and the kids make personal pizzas with their own favorite toppings

Little kids' preferences change so fast... what they like one day they won't touch the next week. But homemade pizza and French fries usually goes over well.

I enjoy cooking for Shabbos and hopefully will have enough leftovers for a few days.
I prepare an assortment of Oven Roasted Vegetables. YUMMY and so versatile. Good on their own, salad course, mixed with rice/noodles/grains.

Roasted Beets - Peel, cube, toss with olive oil, red onions, rosemary. Bake till starts carmelizing

Roasted Eggplant, Zuccini, red onions, coloured peppers, olive oil, fresh garlic & cherry tomatoes. A trick I learned is putting leftover cherry tomatoes in the freezer & using them with roasted vegetables. Bake till desired doneness.

Sweet Potatoes, either alone, or with regular potatoes, cubed, rosemary, red onions, garlic. Roast & enjoy.
