There is no way for anyone to say. What is his education? Training? What field is he in? Where does he live? All these things play into what his salary might be

When I got married a friend of mine was making 35000 working in a factory
He was earning so much money But he was working from 6 in the morning to about 7 at night Friday till about two hours before Shabbos And every Sunday from 6 to 2
When we did the math he was earning much less per hour than my DH who was a professional
So I think we need more info.
Also do you have enough to live on or are you in debt every month

$100 000 for 9 years of experience and no post high school education is an EXCELLENT salary. It is still very hard to raise a large family with kosher food, tuition, etc etc etc... Frum life is expensive!

My DH used to make approx 100k and it was considered great among his young, chassidish, non degree friends.

However, we still couldn't make ends meet so he juggles an additional job now bh.

Salary has little to do with your age and what your expenses are. Companies don't usually pay more because you have more kids. That's just not how life works.

It's excellent pay. Be grateful.

My husband has a degree and all but only makes $65,000 a year.

DH's salary doubled because we got married. I know someone whose hourly doubled because she had a, baby. I consulted for that company.

I've seen this kind of thing in the frum establishments, but it's pretty much unheard of elsewhere.

And largely illegal with most large companies or public employers.
