Nothing like walking to the Kosel motzai Shabbos and then stopping off at Rimon for Melave Malka after. Best haloumi salad ever!

Gooey chocolate oozing rugelach from the shuk. A present for shabbos hosts. More than half get consumed on bus ride over. End up having to pick up flowers for hosts

Israeli grill restaurants that serve you fresh pita with dips and then your main shishkabob/chickenkabob + sides meal (Allegria in Beit Shemesh is my current favorite). YUM Smile

Shwarma in a lafa, juicy and just a little drippy to be "yotzei" the experience, eaten at the counter.
Next best I have found in the US was at Grill Point in KGH (I think that's what the store was called... tasted just about like Israel, except the Israel part.)

Matbucha. It's almost like salsa. I would make it if I had the recipe.

I used to eat my Challah with tomato dip. But I like the feeling of burning Challah.

Simple plain Lechem shechor from any Israeli bakery. So much more delicious than rye bread in USA. Would love recipe.
