I would love some help finding a matching/coordinating shabbos outfit for 5 girls ranging in age from newborn to age 8 (ages 8, 7, nearly 5, 2.5 and 1.5 months). Oldest (8 year old) is tallish and skinny (so length tends to be a problem and it's difficult to size up as then it's too wide) and usually wears anything from a size 6-8 depending on how it runs. Older 2 kids (ages 7 and 8) need to have knees and elbows covered (can add a cardigan/shell if needed). 5 year old doesn't need to have knees covered but nothing too short (as in really mini). Short sleeves are ok for her but not sleeveless. Younger 2 (2.5 year old and newborn) have no tznius restrictions. I know I probably won't find anything exactly matching in all the sizes I need that will look good on all of them so I was thinking coordinating would probably be best (I.e. skirts/tops for older 2, maybe dresses for middle 2, and one piece or top and leggings for baby). Looking to spend an average of roughly $20 per outfit, hopefully this is not too unrealistic (ok if older kids are a little more if the younger ones are a little less). Thanks for any and all suggestions.

Bumping this up. I know it's a tough one but any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks.

Yup. The problem is that many of the dresses are too short for my oldest and if I size up then they're too wide (she's tall and skinny). I actually found 1 dress in children's place that I liked and looked like it might be narrow enough to size up http://www.childrensplace.com/.....-1328 but couldn't find anything coordinating for the younger kids. They had something in a similar color http://www.childrensplace.com/.....-1275 for the younger 2 but it's not really the same style. Might just do it if I can't find anything else but would prefer something that coordinates a little better in terms of style.

Personally I think that would look cute. What might work is a top for the older girls with a plain skirt that coordinates with dresses for the younger. I don't think they all need to wear the exact same dress to look nice.

I said that in my first post. It doesn't need to all be the same. In fact at this point I think it might actually look nicer to have something different for the older and younger kids. I'm just having trouble finding outfits that coordinate (ie. skirt and top for older kids, dresses for younger). I want at least something similar in style, print, etc. Also, I have yet to find even one skirt that would be long enough for my 8 year old without being huge in the waist. That's why I posted here looking for help. If anyone can help me find reasonably priced (as in cheap) coordinating outfits it would be much appreciated.

ifab, I like those two dresses for your girls. For the newborn, maybe you can do something like this;

with leggings and a sweater?

If you don't like those just open up two windows one with girls one with toddler/baby and pick spring dress up from the list, there are 10s of coordinating outfits.

Thank you to all for your suggestions. Problem is I've already looked at all the children's place dresses (that's usually where I get their matching outfits from). However, now that we started being careful about my older girls covering their knees most of their stuff doesn't work. All the dresses are too short and when we size up they are way too wide. But thanks for trying. Suggestions from other places would be most welcome.

Hi, I was thinking of purchasing this romper for my baby:

http://www.shirtstop.us/wings-......html

Since it comes with coordinating shirts for my older boys:

http://www.shirtstop.us/wings-......html

First of all, what do you think of it? Is it nice enough for shabbos? What color shorts and shoes would coordinate? Should the baby wear a shell under the romper, and if so, what color?

Thanks for your help!!

Yes, I do (although I don't use it so often.) What's the instagram name of the company?

What is your opinion of the shirts?

Thanks!! Smile

If you look at theorangesquare they show it with shorts but I think I like the ones that shirt stop matched up better. Any gold shorts would be nice.
I love the set. I was actually eyeing it..

and not sure if this would match or clash with the childrens place dress:
http://www.target.com/p/girls-.....72321

and this to match the turquoise blue dresses from childrens place:
http://www.target.com/p/girls-.....k=rec|pdpipadh1_deva_recs_triplet|deva_recs_triplet|pdpipadh1_deva_recs_triplet|52135516|2

My last suggestion is this for the girls size:

and this fortoddler:

good luck!

I think it would be for YT if you pair it with a yom-tov-dik skirt. Unfortunately I am not at all the right person to ask about pairing anything, I stay far away from separates of any sort because I'm such a failure at pairing. Both me and my daughters wear black, denim, or gray skirts at all times LOL LOL
