Probably best not to use a name inspired by a public figure so early on, even if you are a big fan. You don't know what the future will hold. Better to choose an "M" name from history than from current events.

I personally think its more professional as an adult. I'm not trying to "fit in" the non jewish world per se but I do want my child to feel aristocratic and having a Jewish sounding name is just uninspiring to me....

I don't agree about Molly. It's been back in style for awhile, along with some other old-lady names like Sadie, Charlotte, Olivia, and Lucy.

Michelle I think has been overdone.

I wonder what you're basing your dislike of Melania on - Mrs. Trump? It's only the European form of Melanie, which I think is quite nice.
