I am looking to get my wig washed and Ive called everyone I know but it seems like no sheital machers are working during Chol Hamoed - does anyone one of anyone who I can bring my wig to? I live in Crown Heights

Part of the dinim of chol hamoed is not to be mezazel the yomtov......you should have had it washed before; no sheital macher is working now.

you probably can't - it has to be set, blown, etc - unless you have a specific reaosn why it wasn't done before yomtov

As far as I understand it, a sheitel is considered a garment, and falls under the category of laundry. It cannot be washed during the nine days, and I assume Chol Hamoed is the same.

thats because, we do not have encyclopedic knowledge of all your posts---perhaps instead of telling us how many times you have said such and such, just type in the name of the book.
