Has anyone ever tried using a pickled corn beef in the Chulent? My kids don’t like flanken or any Chulent meat and usually fill up on the beans and barley.... I’m thinking of making kugel with corn beef in the crockpot but not sure if the meat will be too dry.

Just go for the potato kugel cholent if they enjoy overnight potato kugel. Any meat in the crockpot after 20 hours pretty much tastes the same.
