In this, and many other threads it is important to remember that there are very few areas in halacha with 100% consensus. It is important to follow YOUR Rav to have consistency in which opinions you are following.
So far it is clear:
- Some Rabbonim only permit kashering self-cleaning ovens
- Some Rabbonim allow non-self-cleaning ovens with lining or an insert
- Some Rabbonim permit kashering any oven
- Some Rabbonim do not recommend kashering toaster ovens
The only thing that really matters is what YOUR Rav says.
