I had a whole plan to make something with Matzah-meal for dinner, but then I forgot all about it, and remembered only after I put a lasagna into the oven....

If I make it today, does it still count?

BTW, is it a Halacha or Minhag to eat Matzah on Pesch II ?

Lately the last option never works, so I always add one more option after the last and then that doesn't come out.
