sooo.....
you can scan them on to your computer..
then upload them to the internet (photobucket, snapfish, facebook, wherever..
and then we can all see your pictures!
yay!
if you post some more, I'll put some more up too.
I just don't want this to turn into a "gigi's artwork" forum.

now that you mention it, I remember that your father is mega talented artist. I could still picture him on the floor painting this ENORMOUS scenery for the school play!

Seriously, how can I draw people? it’s the only thing I can’t get right. Is it a knack or is there a skill that has to be taught? I dream about being the doodling artist who can capture an expression just with a few lines. Sometimes I see my kids have that look and I die to draw them right then and there.

you take each and every feature apart and see them as shapes. the nose is a triangle whereas the tip of the nose is consisting of circles, one bigger and two smaller ones flanking the bigger one. the eyes are oval. when seeing them as shapes it's easier. I usually do portraits from actual photos but in school, I once drew my friend in middle of class in pen. I still have it and it resembles her a lot. she said so herself. it was cool!
