You may need to wear a slip with the crooked skirt...I'm not trying to spell that long word! Let me just call it crooked. I'm from abroad. I see that when the model turns around the back hem is sheer -ish

Where did this threshold of 20% come from?
Is this 20% if the population at any given time (seems like a lot), or are you asking if 20% wear asymmetric skirts at *any* time?

im from williamsburg I have one slightly asymmetircal dress that I feel totally comfortable wearing. I've seen others wear the style as well.
