I am gonig crazt trying to find a quick and simple , well at least simple
carrot kugle that can be made into muffins or carrot muffins. recipe
I know the KBD (kids) has one.Can someone please give me that one or another recipe they may have.

My sons made it last night (from KBD kids in the kitchen)
1 c sugar
1 c flour
3/4 c canola oil
2 large eggs
3 jars carrot baby food (12 oz.)
1 t baking soda
1 t ground cinnamon
preheat oven to 350 degrees F. mix all ingredients with electric mixer until smooth. fill muffin cups almost to the top. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Makes 12-15 muffins.

I have almost the same recipe, except some of the sugar is vanilla sugar. It's sooo good.
