What is your family using for Maror on Pesach - besides horseradish, that is?
Heads of romaine

although we use the romaine leaves ... we also use freshly grated horseraddish ... nice and hot ... clears up everything in your brains ... including a concussion ... Twisted Evil What

I had heard, years back, not to use the hearts as they are processed, but last year in the frut store he said "evryone 's" using it, that "all" the produce is processed (washed).

Same here!!! This year we were grating the horseraddish and washing the lettuce just 20 minutes before Pesach, things got reallt late this year!!!

I realized on yomtov that our Hearts of Romaine actually had a Pesach hechsher on them!!!!!
