I look at the mail, and open anything that looks interesting. Can't believe no one said this yet.

Hamavdil
Unplug the platta and turn off the Shabbat clock (otherwise I can't figure out why I can't turn on the lights still on Wednesday morning...)
Get havdala stuff ready
Put in a load of laundry (usually diapers)
Wash dishes...first milchig, then fleishig, then pareve
Put rest of dishes into sink, shake off tablecloth
Shake off challah board & put away, clean out candlesticks & put away
Turn on computer, shower, pump, bead

Wow, you reminded me of one less temptation we have in Israel: no mail on Shabbat and Yom Tov, and in our Yishuv, we don't even get mail on Friday!! I forgot that in another life mail was delivered every day but Sunday. Here, we do get on Sunday.

My husband and I come home from shul together, first we get Havdala ready, make havdala.
I start dishes, he changes (I usually just stay in shabbos clothes so I have things for him to dry when he comes back to the kitchen).
We sing hamavdil and all the other havdala songs while we do the dishes and clean everything else up.
Then we turn on phones, computers, etc.

say Baruch Hamavdil, then cut off the crock pot and oven flame, and straighten up & get havdalah set up while I wait for DH.
then we say the Motzei Shabbos tefila, have Melave Malka and a Baal Shem Tov story, and imamother is in there somewhere usually!

1. Unplug the blech and crock pot.
2. Turn off the fan and shabbos lamps, and whatever lights are no longer needed.
3. Make havdalah.
4. Take the dog for a walk (if we didn't do it before shabbos was over)
5. Get pizza (or make food)
6. Watch movie or TV

After Saying Hamavdil, I:
adjust all lights back to the way they should be.
unplug urn, crock pot, etc.
clean off the table and set up for havdalah
wash the dishes
This of course, all depends on whether or not the baby has gone to sleep yet....

All of you sound pretty much the same as each other.
You know what is the first thing I do after shabbos is out?
(And then maybe I'll go clean my teeth)

The first thing I usually do is get out of bed from my Shabbos nap or if I didnt take a nap then the first thing is to check my email. And then I just kinda walk around in a daze cleaning things up til my husband says were going somewhere and I have to get dressed.
