He is a dialysis patient currently with very high blood pressure. We are working on getting it down.
Petty, I know but I want to go home and cook for shabbos and RH! At this point its more like get home and go to sleep so I can be functional tomorrow.

His headache just got so much worse, a reaction to the meds they gave him to lower the Bp, which hastn't yet gotten much lower. Daven that he shouldn't be in pain! Crying

He's finally sleeping now. I hope next time they check his bp it has goten lower. They gave him 3 diferent meds so far. The last one made his headache much worse. Thank you everyone for the tefillos!

OMG! I can't believe you feel that's "petty." Please, this is such a difficult position to be in, especially being that exhausted and before shabbos and yom tov.
Hope he gets out shortly. If he does need to stay overnight, does he have a sibling, friend or anyone that can stay with him while you get a night's sleep and rejuvinate your weary bones and mind???
I hope you are eating and taking care of YOURSELF!

Thanks everyone. We are still waiting in the hospital for them to let us go home. They want to admit him but they just checked the BP and its down to a normal high level instead of crazy dangerous high level like it was an hour ago. So, I hope we will be home soon.
