This looks fantastic- the only thing is that the hosts write that they spend a lot of time outdoors, meaning that it's a shared pool.

We stayed in Embassy Suites, we were able to see the falls from the room. We did Maid of the Mist, Marine Land, and Bird Kingdom. We also went to Niagara on the Lake which was a really nice. Whirlpool Jet Boat Tours for the older kids. Fort George on the way home. Can’t answer about food because we brought with us, but I think Chabad had (right across the street from the hotel)

So for a completely private pool, prob arnd $1000 for two nights. This would be a compromise. You can always ask them in advance if they plan to be home or anyway to have it more private.

This can be another option that's private but not underground
30 minutes from Scranton Yeshiva or 25 minutes from Chabad Poconos

I am looking for a kid-friendly and scenic place to visit that is up to an 8-hour drive from the Tristate Area. It is important that the location has a minyan for Shabbos and access to kosher food. Any suggestions?
