Ramat Givat Zev has some beautiful villas for sale. No, they are not as big as Monsey houses but they are big for Israel and many have small pools. There are local parks that are really nice so even if you don't own it, there are lots of beautiful places for kids to play.
The neighborhood is mixed though - all frum but not so many chareidim, although there is a chareidi kollel.
The next neighborhood over has beis yaakovs and boys yeshivas.

My husband and I bought a beautiful home in Ramot. Not a huge amount of property, but a very decent-sized garden that our dogs can run around and play in.

Not OP, but I may be interested. Any links to any villas for sale in Ramat Givat Zev to get a sense of what's available and pricing?
