My dh bought this cookbook for me. I actually like it, because this is how I eat healthy, not on a diet specifically, but lots of vegies, whole grain low fat meats etc, I like this one because it doesn't call for ingredients like puff pastry and other really overly processed fattening things like that.
Only made 2 chicken recipes so far and they were delicious. (and fairly simple.)
(I substituted dried herbs for fresh-because they are so hard to find)
the balsamic chicken
and the thyme onion chicken.
Both were delicious.
