Yes - I know Meitar. A very mixed community - Chiloni and dati.
It is near Beersheva, and is made up of mostly proffesional fanilies - lots of doctors, veterinarians, and hi-techies.
No dati high school, but there is a state religious primary school.
Not a lot of Chareidi families. PM me if you want more information.

So many of my friends have moved to Beit Shemesh, which cracks me up. When I was [much] younger, I briefly lived on a kibbutz and you had to travel through Beit Shemesh to get there. It was the most back-water, going nowhere town full of chiloni Morocans. I think just about the only thing there was a falafel restaurant near the bus stop.
