Rent (together with arnona and utilities) is probably over 50% of your expenses. Moving and cutting down would be # 1 for me.
Gas in Israel is super expensive. I would only drive to places you “need” to and make sure you aren’t driving on every errand/ trip to the kotel.
Going back to the states twice a year also a huge expense something that can be cut back on. Even if you do rent out your apartment probably it just covers the cost of tickets, passports, etc.
Presumably if your parents are supporting such major amounts, they are wealthy which is likely why they don’t mind your extravagant lifestyle but as you move towards being self sufficient, these are all things you might want to move from non negotiable to considering options.
Obviously your husband taking a stipend is an easy way to make more $. Your job pays very well for part time, looking for better won’t necessarily help you.
