Bh I have a milchik and a fleishik one, I have 2.
In the fleishik one I made all the cutlets/shnitzel so I basically didn’t use my frying pan once last pesach. I don’t know how picky your crowd is if they would go for that. It was excellent to make potatoes in also, eggs, etc.
I rarely used the dairy one, I think I made eggs with cheese once maybe.

Matzah, Eggs, aluminum foil, shelf liner and scotch tape. Not necessarily in that order.

I find the regular precut ones better cos you have corners when taking things out.
