If a family specifically wants to be in that area then there’s a market.
Obviously there’s a greater demand for a house in the center of Lakewood but you never know!

A lot of frummer sephardim from Brooklyn rent homes in Lakewood for the summer instead of going to deal.
Some people from OOT also like to come to Lakewood for the summer.
There is definitely a market for this, but I don't know of it's neighborhood specific. A few people from my neighborhood who go up the the bungalow, rent their homes to sephardim. I don't live in Central Lakewood though, and out homes are bigger single family.

I rent out my pool in Jackson and had a number of families last year that were renting houses in the Lakewood area with no pool, then rented pools on Sunday or afternoons
It’s probably cheaper that way too
