Corn Salad
Ingredients
• 3 cups corn niblets
• 2 kirbies, diced
• 2 pickles, diced (sour or garlic pickles)
• 1 red pepper, diced
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 Tbsp oil
• ½ tsp mustard
• 2 Tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp black pepper
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a medium salad bowl. Toss well to combine.

ooo im gonna add my own recipe here if you dont mind (I love corn salad)
1 can of corn
1 onion chopped small
salt
black pepper
parsely
so you fry the onion til brown, drain the corn well and add to the pan wait til it literally starts popping out then turn off the flame, sprinkle salt , pepper and parsley according to taste!
serve warm
