if you'd have a bbq on pesach, what would u marinate the meat/chicken in first?

Ketchup, brown sugar (or regular sugar) and maybe vinegar. you could also dice onions or press garlic.

dice an onion really fine. chopped fresh basil. minced fresh garlic. red wine. place the meat into a bag, pour in the marinade, squeeze out the air and seal the bag. put the bag into a bowl and refrigerate for several hours.

I ended up doing two different things.
One was sweet wine, honey, sugar, onion soup mix...
The other was oil, paprika, salt, garlic.
Both came out delish!
