Anybody have a good lokshen kugel recipe, not Yerushalmi? Perhaps with walnuts?

Onions in a lokshen kugel sounds interesting. I'd try it, but now I want to get rid of my walnuts so I was thinking of a lokshen-walnut kugel.

I posted this recipe a while ago; it's my personal favorite lokshen kugel. I don't know how it would taste with walnuts but it could be good!!

Thanks. It looks really good. As I said, I want to do something with walnut, so I think I'll replace the breadcrumbs with walnuts and see what happens. Any other ideas?

Am I missing something? I only see one at: The ImaMother Quick & Sweet Noodle Kugel. Thanks for this one in the meantime.
