Thansk for the list - I do have a few of those in my library - I should read them some time! I did read a book that, although not written by a frum author, was written based on the "wisdom of the Torah, the Talmud and important Jewish teachings". It's called "Blessings of a Skinned Knee" by Wendy Mogel which addresses issues such as: respect for adults, chores, keeping expectations in line with your child's temperment, meal-time battles, coping with frustrations, avaiding overscheduling and overindulgence and more.

I read "Blessings of a Skined Knee" it was good. It was very applicable to the secular world though. Also she viewed judaism as great for building family rituals.

I really need some good Jewish parenting books.
I'm sure most books cover the same subjects, but just to be certain this is what I'd like to read about: Disciplining, when to give in vs. spoiling... patience, balancing attention to more than one child.

The ones I have read are:
Sarah Chana Radcliffe's book, Rasising Your kids without Raising your Voice has a good system in place. She takes her work from John Gottman's Raising an Emotionally Intelligent Child, who is excellent. Both therapists are frum, but write for the global world.
I also thoroughly enjoyed Rabbi Dov Brezak's book, Chinuch in Turbulent Times.
