does anyone have a recipe for something that looks nice and is milchig, and very importantly easy to make?

mini blintzes drizzled with sauce
individual cheese cakes
mozzarella stacks (with tomatoes)
fried or baked mozzarella sticks
spinach cheese balls

bruschetta - u toast small pieces of club bread or italian bread with butter and garlic on top, make a tomato onion salad chopped into very small pieces, put the salad on the toasted bread and serve on a platter. it is very impressive looking and it tastes soo good!
