Someone told me you're supposed to say the tefilla from the shela hakodosh today. Does anybody know about it. Also, where can I find the tefillah

it's for erev rosh chodesh. it's not even shabbos mevorchim yet

I was told that you don't say it on shabbas or on friday. that leaves us with today. Did anyone hear about it? Anyways, where can I find the tefila?
