Marinated Bourbon Chicken
from another site, with my changes
chicken, any kind
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 brown sugar
sprinkle of garlic powder
sprinkle of onion powder
1/2 cup bourbon (Jim Beam or similar)
Mix your ingredients and chicken together and let marinate for several hours or overnight. A ziplock bag is very convenient for this.
After marinating, dump into baking pan and bake at 350 for about an hour, basting frequently.

I think I might try this for Friday night. (Thanks CM for pointing me to this). Is this marinade enough for 4 chicken legs? Also, do I bake this covered or uncovered?
