Brownie
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp PURE vanilla extract
1 1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Cookie dough
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
3 T. soy milk
1 tsp PURE vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350.
In a microwave safe dish, melt chocolate chips (around 60 seconds). Cool slightly..
In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in melted chocolate. Add flour and baking soda, mix well.(add nuts, if using)
Spread into a greased 9x13" pan.
Bake for 20-24 minutes, or until toothpick inserted near middle comes out clean. Cool
In a mixing bowl, cream margarine and sugars. Beat in milk and vanilla. Gradually add the flour. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful over the cooled brownies. Spread carefully over the top.
Chill. Store in refrigerator.
Note: Cookie dough layer is not baked and does not contain eggs.

im curious- although I do like the taste of raw cookie dough- is it odd tasting/serving an unbaked item?
