If you have a large family or regularly transport 8 children or more, what van/other vehicle do you drive? Are there any 'passenger' vehicles that can transport 8 children plus two adults safely?

we have a LDV 17 seater (bought it for the wheelchair lift on the back, for my FIL o"h) It's a good, sturdy vehicle, not particularly pretty but a great van anyway.

Actually, we're selling it now!

You can also get a smaller version, 12 or 13 seater, which would be more practical

I think Suburbans have 10 seats. I drive a clubwagon, a 12 seater. I hear they're phasing out the 15 seaters. Make sure you test drive and feel comfortable with it.

We have a Dodge Sprinter. Much better gas mileage than most large vans and easier to drive too (and safer as well).

I have only seen these as commercial vehicles, and not as passenger vehicles...
