DH has expressed a desire for Ethiopian food for his birthday. The recipes are way too complicated for me to make at home - especially the bread. Does anyone know if there is a kosher Ethiopian restaurant in NYC? TIA!

No there aren't. ( I should say, not with any hechshers that I recognize) Nor, have I seen any with any hechshers...

There were some sites about restaurants I was given, and I found the addresses there. About 3 out of 4 restaurants (including all the ehtiopians) were closed and/or treif...

Oh well... thanks ladies. Looks like we've discovered a gap in the kosher market -- Ethiopian food in NYC!
