DD had her 2 month vaccines today and has not had a wet diaper since then (5 hrs) . Is this a problem? No other symptoms

It's really hot today. Give her lots of fluid. It may not be related, or she may have a fever which would decrease your urine output which you can prevent by increasing her/his fluid and /or giving Pedialyte.

How many diapers so far today? She should have 6-8. If you are concerned, call your pediatrician. They have vast experience with super neurotic mommies. With your question, they wouldn't even bat an eyelash.

You absolutely can give her pedialyte! It's been recommmended by my pediatrician. Just give the unflavored kind. Refuah sheleima.
