He is applying to all of them and I have no idea we are just trying to figure out if it pays enough to live off of? Do you have any clue what range we are in?

Up here, the lowest man on the Vaad's mashgichim staff (full time-salaried) makes $40k, plus life insurance, option for health insurance (premiums out of pocket-they will subsidize up to $3/yr of extra expenses to insure more than participant), travel expenses when out of town, traditional IRA with matchingup to 3%, work expectation is ~45-55 hrs/ week.
This is not in the Tri State region. It's a couple hours away. I think it's worth it for them to retain because there isn't a big pool of quality mashgichim anchored to the area, and the don't want to relocate people they don't know.
They pay part time staff $12-$20/hr as contractors.
