I've also called customer service a couple of times for little things and had no problems. My zippy is the the 2005, I think, and it's holding up great!

yah, the older models (pre-2008) are good. thats why I was so dissapointed when I got mine  ...

I have an inglesina easy (similar to the zippy) which I bought in 2002. It still looks fabulous, but I tried calling costumer service and trying to find out where I can get a new hood, as mine broke. I had no luck, couldn't reach anybody, but the stroller itself is great.
