I want to make a fruit tart which has custard - the recipe calls for 1 cup of milk. Does anyone know how to make a pareve custard? Use soy milk? or non dairy creamer (Rich's) if yes what amount to equal 1 cup of milk. And will it be as creamy as when using milk?
pleaseadvice.

I don't know. I've only made it pareve. But I used in a custard fruit tart a few times and the consistency was perfect for that.
