anyone have any ideas on how to re-liven a meat loaf I made earlier this week?
I'd like to serve it tonight too!

make a mushroom sauce. my mil always serves it like that.
Saute Onions in oil
add preferebaly fresh or otherwise canned mushrooms
add some mushroom soup mix & a bit of water
once it boils shut the flame.
rewarm the meatloaf covered in the oven & then serve the mushroom sauce over it.

Turn it into Shepard's pie -- mash up the meatloaf, add a layer of onions and peas, and a layer of mashed potatoes and bake again for 15-25 minutes.
