I made 14 honey cakes today (8 inch loaf pans) and every last one came out burnt on the outside and raw on the inside, some aprtially cooked... its a disaster, anyway does anyone have any ideas of how I can use these? a trifle perhaps? recipe? my hubby needs to give em out to the community and I dont want to start all over again, all ideas welcome...

Sorry, but I would not use them. Next time lower the temperature of your oven as it is probably not accurate.
