DH just brought home 2 haddock heads, and they smelled so gross. I've never been so repulsed by fish heads....
I wouldn't touch them, but I seasoned them, covered them, and put them in the oven. Now, our house smells VERY bad.
I'm generally a fish lover but ewwww.
We threw them out.
I hope I can find some smoked heads somewhere...
now, how can I de-fish-stink my small apt?

Hot vinegar should get that smell out. If that doesn't work (it should), then make a paste of baking soda and vinegar and spread it all over the pot, leave overnight and clean as usual in the morning with some brillo or other such soap pads.
