Vegetable Meat Rolls

8 slices sandwich steak
2 Tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
1 tsp. oil
dash of black pepper
1 carrot
1 large red bell pepper
1 large yellow bell pepper
2 scallions
1 stalk celery
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tblsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
1 cup chicken soup stock
2 Tbsp flour
Sesame Seeds, to garnish

Marinate sandwich steak in teriyaki sauce, oil and black pepper for a minimum 30 minutes to overnight.
Slice carrots and peppers into 4 inch long matchstick strips. Remove green part of scallion and slice white part into thin strips 4 inch long. Cut celery stalk in half and then each half into thin strips.
Divide vegetables into 8 bunches. Lay slice of steak down. Place a bunch of vegetables in the middle. Roll up roll and secure with toothpick. Repeat with all meat slices.
Heat up 2-3 Tbsp of oil. Saute rolls on both sides for 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and place in a baking pan. To the skillet add minced garlic, soy sauce and honey. Stir on medium flame. Add ½ cup chicken stock and bring to a boil. Mix flour with remaining ½ cup of cold chicken stock. Pour into skillet and mix well. Pour sauce over rolls. At this point you can freeze the roll. Otherwise bake rolls at 350° for 1 hour covered. Uncover pan, sprinkle with sesame seeds and continue baking until sauce reduces and meat ready about 15-25 minutes.
