2 eggs
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup apple juice concentrate
2.5 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup soy milk OR I USED non-dairy creamer
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup ground sesame seeds ( I USED WHOLE).
1/3 cup wheat germ
3 medium sized ripe bananas, mashed
1.2 cups butternut squash boiled and mashed
1/3 cup chocolate chips
I modified the directions to make it easier and it was fine. I mixed all dry ingredients then put in all wet ingredients and mixed. It made 24 cupcakes that were yummy, healthy, and tasty!!!!
