Does anyone have a good recipe? The cookie is not hard, it's soft and melted when warmed up and DELISH with ice cream!

The Binah had one last week that looked good so I made it. It's easy and looks nice(didn't taste it yet though). Do you have the Binah?

Yummy. I make it with choc cake (ss321's recipe) but I would love this.

Just check if it is a problem to put frozen ice cream on hot cake (it melts faster) on shabbos.

Thanks for the replies...

I checked out the link, First Lady. Is that what I mean? Could be...I think there's a recipe for just the choc. chip dough, not necessarily something else "runny" that goes in... (I tasted it once inside individual shells so the cookie itself could be runny.)

Any other possiblities of recipes for this would be helpful.

Chag Sameach!!

I make Defy Gravity's recipe in this thread:
http://imamother.com/forum/vie.....p+pie
but I make it in a big pie shell, not individuals, perhaps you can try it like that. The pie itself is very good, but sometimes I don't bake the middle enough and it is too runny.

In this thread I think cookielady made them as individual servings.

Or try this pie which, when warm, is runny.

1 pie crust
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c margarine, room temperature
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c flour
2 eggs
chocolate chips

Mix everything with the mixer & stir in chocolate chips.

Bake on 350 until brown & crisp on top.
