I found a recipe that sounds really good but requires cream of celery soup. I can't find any that's kosher. Does anyone have a recipe or knowledge of a kosher brand I should look up?
Thanks!!

Sautee chopped celery and onion with a bit of oil and salt (don't add too much, celery has salty taste) over a low flame till soft. Add water till just enough to cover and cook some more. Make paste roux (sauce flour mixed with equal amount of butter), add and cook a bit more till the soup thickens. Add milk and whizz in blender.
