Wow, what a story! Okay, so this was a crazy lady. But the reaction of the customers once they learned they were not getting free coats? They just demand free merchandise and steal clothes? So disgusting.

I watched a youtube clip of her in court. It's hysterical. She waves bye bye and her lawyer next to her has to tell her to stop and has to keep herself back from laughing. She seems to be suffering from whatever disorder really badly, poor soul.
