Does anyone know a recipe for parve vanilla ice cream with a peanut butter swirl? There was a recipe for it in Mishpacha's succot recipe addition that I made but I'll take anyone's recipe. Thanks!

not sure if this is what you're looking, but a simple, easy desert I make is:
container of rich's whip
1-2 T peanut butter
pie crust
beat the whip a little- NOT until stiff, take a tablespoon (or 2 depending how strong you like it) of PB and swirl it around in the whip, pour into pie crust and freeze.
you can also mix the PB in when beating the whip if you want it more mixed.
for a fancier look after its frozen, drizzle some melted chocolate over the top of the pie and return to freezer.

Hi hope this recipe helps:
It is meant 4 ice creams with nuts like pecan,...
one 14 ounces package of marble cookies
1 1/2 sticks of margarine
two 10 ounces of whipping cream cartons
2 vanilla sugar
3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of pancake syrup
1 cup of pecans or the kind of nuts you want
10 eggs
chocolate 4 decorating
blend cookies and margarine
spread crumbs onto bottom of a 10x 16 inch baking pan
beat whipping cream on high until stiff
add rest of ingredients until smooth ( at this point I would hold the peanut and mix the rest once everything is mixed you take your peanuts that you grinded until the desired consistency ie PB or just use PB and you swirl it in.
once you do that you add the chocolate on top and you freeze.
Just telling you the recipe makes me soooo hungry 4 that!!!
Let me know

Thanks so far but neither of them are exactly what I'm looking for. Any other suggestions out there?

d-goldie (sp?), your pb pie recipe sounds like what I'm looking for this Shabbos as we're hosting American boys. BUT... instead of using a pie crust, I'm going to spread it as a 2nd layer on a batch of fudgy brownies that I baked in a Springform pan and freeze! Thanks!

In the peanut butter mixture, do I melt the marg. or mix it by hand to a crumble?
Who is this recipe from, Brynie greisman or Leah Schapira?
